4. Client Data We Process on Your Behalf
When we run campaigns or manage CRM systems, email lists, analytics or websites for clients, we may access personal data belonging to our clients’ customers – for example, lead form submissions or subscriber lists. In those cases our client decides why and how that data is used, and we act on the client’s instructions as a service provider (data processor).
We use such data only to deliver the agreed Services, keep it confidential, restrict access to team members who need it, and return or delete it at the end of the engagement unless the law requires otherwise. Clients are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate notices for any data they share with us.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our pages and measure our marketing. These may include:
- Essential cookies required for security and core functionality;
- Analytics cookies, such as Google Analytics, to measure traffic and engagement;
- Advertising cookies and pixels, such as the Google Ads tag and Meta Pixel, to measure campaign results and show relevant ads.
Where required by law, non-essential cookies are set only after you give consent through our cookie banner. You can change your choices at any time, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and adjust ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
6. How We Share Information
We share personal information only when necessary, with:
- Service providers – hosting, email, CRM, project management, analytics, accounting and communication tools that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Advertising and technology platforms – when you interact with our ads, or when we run campaigns for clients on platforms such as Google and Meta.
- Professional advisers – lawyers, accountants and auditors.
- Authorities – when required by law, court order or a government authority, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- Business transfers – in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.
7. International Data Transfers
We are based in Pakistan and serve clients in Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates and other countries. Some of our service providers – for example, cloud hosting, email and analytics providers – may store or process data outside your country. When we transfer data internationally, we use reputable providers and take reasonable steps, such as contractual commitments and security controls, to protect it in line with this policy.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Enquiries that do not become projects: generally up to 24 months, so we can follow up on your request.
- Client records, contracts and invoices: for the duration of our relationship and as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes.
- Job applications: up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the tools we use.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.
9. How We Protect Your Information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including SSL/TLS encryption on our Website, access controls and two-factor authentication on business accounts, least-privilege access to client platforms and regular reviews of the tools we use.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply – including Pakistan’s Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and the EU or UK GDPR where applicable – you may have the right to:

- request deletion of your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing;
